Here are 5 tips to begin the process of overcoming your fears:
1. Take slow breaths at the initial feeling of fear;
2. Get enough sleep each day (8 hours is my recommendation);
3. Eat 3 well-balanced meals plus 3 snacks per day;
4. Exercise daily to help you feel good and maintain your health;
5. Get help from a professional life coach, a counselor and/or connect with loving people who can help YOU!
