Are you feeling stuck?

If so, you’re not alone…

Many of our clients reported feeling stuck when they started coaching with us.

Now, they’re in the path to freedom and achieving the life of their dreams. And if they did it, so can you!

Here are three steps that will help you get unstuck and achieve your goals faster than you thought possible…

1. Find out why you are stuck.

Here are three possible reasons:

• You don’t know who you are. When you don’t know who you are you don’t know what you are capable of and you get stuck in your own limited perceptions.

• You don’t want to find out who you are. When you won’t take the risk to push yourself past where you are, when you are stuck on your story and your sadness, you won’t push yourself to move forward. You’ll stay where it is comfortable and familiar.

• You live down to other people’s expectations of you. When people say – you can’t, you won’t – and you believe them, getting stuck is inevitable

2. Make a decision.

The best way to set yourself free from fear is to decide that you’re FREE. Decide that you don’t want to feel stuck. I like what Tony Robbins said on decision making, “It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.”

3. Take a positive action to get unstuck and stay unstuck.

Iyanla Vanzant offers five tips to help you get started:

• Tell the truth about who you think you are, what you want, what you are willing to do, and what you are not willing to do. Those are the truths you have to tell yourself.

• Let go of all excuses. Be willing to fall flat on your face! That’s how to get unstuck! Be willing to do the thing that scares you. Challenge the things you believe about yourself.

• Be willing to be vulnerable. Until you are vulnerable you’ll never know what you can and can’t do.

• Ask for help. Admit to people you are stuck. Take in the help when you feel it is right for you.

• Forgive yourself and everyone else. Forgive yourself and others for the things you once believed about yourself, for those limited perceptions you or they may have held in the past.
