Boundaries : When to Say Yes, When to Say No to Take Control of Your Life by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend; is one of my favorite books on personal boundaries. It’s well written and the contents are life-changing. If you have not read it, I recommend it! More importantly, I highly recommend that you practice what you learn from that book. It will transform your life!
