What’s Mindset?  It’s a particular way of thinking, a focus, an attitude, a belief system or a set of opinions on something.

Mindset is vital to our personal and professional development because it determines who we are.  As we think so we become.  Mindset determines our feelings, our actions and our results.  If we want to change our results in life and in business, we must first change our thinking.  We must change from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.  Virtually, everyone who has experienced great achievements had the qualities of the growth mindset.

People in the growth mindset BELIEVE that their most basic abilities, traits and skills can be developed through dedication and hard work.  They believe that brain and talent are just the starting point for greater success  and happiness.  This thinking creates a love for continue education, learning and a resilience that is essential for greater success, joy and happiness.

Here’re 3 tips to renew your thinking and transform your life:

1.  TAKE CARE YOURSELF: Here’s an exercise to instantly change your state of mental state… RUB your hands as fast as you can and CLAP as hard as you can.

One of the best ways to change your thinking is to change your physiology—physical exercise. When you take great care of your body, it also affects your entire life. There are many methods to keep your body in regular motion. This includes physical exercises such as walking, swimming, playing soccer, basketball and other sports.

It is important to sleep 8 hours per day and eat 3 balanced meals per day and snacks in between each meal.

Regular total body cleanses and fasting has great health benefits. If you choose to go for a total body cleanse, be sure to consult your health care provider.

2.  COMMIT TO CONTINUOUS GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT:  You must develop the environment that fosters high standards for continued education, growth and development. Avoid spending too much time with negative people who have no interest in personal and professional development. “Choose your friends wisely-they will make or break you.” (J. Willard Marriott)
