The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
We may release personal information where release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation or is requested by a government agency.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Our Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive information such as credit card information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us. This security measure is working when you see the symbol of either an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) at the bottom of your browser window.
Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Our Web sites are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. We use non-identifying cookies to provide easier site navigation and access to forms. You can still use our sites if your browser is set to reject cookies. Our cookies do not generate personal data, do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you.
Waiver, Release and Consent
From time to time, we take event pictures and videos to showcase our involvement in the community and in our website. In consideration for value received including, without limitation, the opportunity afforded me to observe and/or participate in events, videos, pictures, artistic performance, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby grants JUSTINCOACHING.COM (“THE COMPANY”), its businesses, partners, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns, and to such other persons and/or entities as THE COMPANY may hereafter designate with the authority and permission, the absolute right and permission (1) to videotape, photograph, or otherwise reproduce my likeness and image and record or otherwise reproduce my voice and all musical, instrumental, or other sound effects produced by me (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Performance”); (2) to exhibit, sell, assign, transmit, and reproduce, and license others to do so, the Performance by means of DVD, video cassettes, video tape, video discs, motion pictures, still camera photographs, radio, television, televised motion pictures, printing or any other means now known or unknown (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Product”; (3) to use the Performance in connection with advertising of the Product; and (4) to cut, edit, add to, subtract from, arrange, rearrange, shorten and revise the Performance depicted in the Product in any manner THE COMPANY may, in its sole discretion, deem appropriate.
The undersigned hereby releases JUSTINCOACHING.COM, its successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims or causes of action of any type or description, in law or in equity, arising directly or indirectly from his/her participation in the Performance.
The undersigned certifies and represents that he/she is over the age of eighteen (18) years, that he/she has read this entire document which is an authorization, release, and agreement, that he/she has not relied on any oral statements not written herein from any person whatsoever, and that he/she fully understands the meaning and effect thereof and, intending to be legally bound, have executed this document on the date register and/or set forth.
How to Access or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by emailing us immediately. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a written request that credibly shows error.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
