Today, I’m taking the first step to closing the gap from where I am to where I want to be.

No matter how accomplished or happy we are, we all have areas of our lives that could be improved. Think about your psychological state, for instance. Do you feel overwhelmed by the stresses of life? Do you feel stuck or frustrated or in a “spin cycle”? Are you on a clear path to living life on your own terms? If you are, congratulations! If you’re not, what’s holding you back?

What about your relationships? Do you feel loved and cared for by the people in your life? Do they truly celebrate you or are you just tolerated? Being in a meaningful relationship, no matter what kind, can give a person a sense of well-being and purpose. Are you happy with your relationships?

What about your career? Does your job feel like a passion or a mission, something you would do even if you weren’t paid for it? Or is it just something you do every day to earn a pay check?

We all want to achieve and enjoy the life of our dreams. To get started, we must first create a road map for the journey. The Justin’s Wheel of Life survey is designed to help you take a closer look at each facet of your life. It’s a scale evaluating five core areas of life:

1. Spiritual
2. Psychological
3. Physical
4. Relational
5. Financial


The Justin’s Wheel of Life Survey assesses your overall level of satisfaction with life, so you can uncover which area (s) of your life needs more attention. This process is important because an uneven, bumpy wheel would create a bumpy ride and an unsatisfied feeling in life. By getting this “bird eye” view of your life, you can identify where you are excelling and where there is room for improvement. The survey will also help you prioritize your life based on your core values.


Read each statement below and rate yourself as truthfully as possible using the scale of one to ten (1-10), where one means you’re dissatisfied, and ten means you’re satisfied with that particular area of your life.


1. How happy are you with your spiritual health? We define spiritual health as “having a set of beliefs, values and principles that provide purpose, passion and direction for your life.”

Life satisfaction is the way you feel about your life and the direction and opportunities for your future. By completing this survey, you’ve identified your level of satisfaction for each of the five core areas of life.
